Scout Leader Scott Roberts was the master of ceremonies at a great event. Due to
Covid, Troop 138 had not hosted a Court of Honor since Dec 2019.
In the last two years, Troop 138 earned 29 rank badges, 85 merit badges, and 3 special awards.
