Rodney Families,
Just a few final reminders before we shove off on the 16th:
Meet at OLV lower lot at 7:30 AM
Class B uniforms (let's go with the new black "Rank Up" ones)
Don't forget your Class A's
3 completed copies of BSA medical forms (physical required) and signed by a doctor for anyone staying at Rodney
2 copies of insurance cards
Adults bring copies of your Youth Protection certificates https://www.scouting.org/training/youth-protection/
Mosquito nets, foot lockers, camp chair
Prerequisites to give to the MB counselors. If prerequisites are not submitted, you will get a partial MB
Pre-printed MB workbooks (http://www.usscouts.org/usscouts/mb/worksheets/list.asp)
No open toed shoes allowed anywhere except our campsite
We will have a nightly campfire at our site so Scout leaders that are staying the week, please bring one bundle of wood (or anything lying around the house that you want to get rid of LOL)
We will leave OLV as soon as all documents are collected. There will be two stops along the way:
The 1st will be the Clara Barton Service Plaza at mile marker 5 on the southbound side of the NJ Turnpike.
The 2nd will be Burger King in North East MD (71 North East Rd, North East, MD 21901). Please bring money for lunch at Burger King as Rodney doesn’t feed us until dinner.
I believe that’s everything but feel free to reach out if I missed anything.
See you then.

According to the “what to bring to Rodney” list, the boys do not have to bring mess kits. I just wanted to verify this was true. Thank you.
If that's what they said then yes.
Also, is it necessary that all adults have to register with a BSA Adult Application with the troop? Spoke to the regional office and they said it will be mandatory by August 1st

Mr. Les, sorry, I’ll need another copy of the BSA medical form.
