Camp Rodney has become part of Troop 138's history. It is a unique place for our scouts to visit and spend their summer camp time at racking up merit badges and growing closer as a troop. This past week was no different. This camp, just south of North East, Maryland, sitting on the bluffs of the Chesapeake, offered our scouts tremendous opportunities for growth, advancement, and cohesion.
